SHIPPING POLICY
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
What are your delivery methods, timelines, and shipping countries?
We can ship internationally to most countries. All international orders will be shipped through FedEx International. We offer free international shipping. If international packages are refused by the recipient, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
What happens if I refuse the package?
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Chan Luu, LLC. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Do you replace lost or stolen packages?
If your package is missing, stolen, or lost in transit please contact us so we can assist you.
We recommend selecting a secure shipping location where someone is always present to receive deliveries.
Returns & Refunds Policy
What are the return conditions?
We do not accept no-reason returns or exchanges for international orders.
If you discover any product quality issues or receive an incorrect item within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact us immediately.We will provide a refund or replacement according to your preference, with no additional fees or deductions applied.
Quality issues include:
a. problems arising from product manufacturing or craftsmanship, such as structural damage to components like chains or clasps.
b. Material wear and damage to the gold-plated layer.
How to return my order ?
We invite you to register your return on our platform, which will allow you to receive by email,Your request will typically receive a response within 2 business days.
When will I receive my refund ?
Once your returned item is received by our studio, it will be processed within 2 business days, and your refund will be issued accordingly.
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
How can I track the return of my order?
How do I care for my jewelry?
Wear your jewelry after makeup, fragrance, and skincare, and remove it before cleansing, bathing, or swimming. Avoid exposure to sweat, body wash, seawater, and other corrosive elements.
Gently wipe your jewelry clean and place it in a separate jewelry box or soft pouch.
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid environments to help preserve the pearl’s luster and prevent damage to its nacre.
How to clean my jewelry?
If stains appear on the surface, gently wipe the pearls with a soft cloth dampened with warm water, then dry thoroughly with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with moisture to protect the pearls. To protect your pearls, avoid all chemical cleaners, including dish soap and toothpaste. Never use ultrasonic cleaning devices or abrasive brushes, as excessive vibration and friction may harm the pearl’s surface.
