Refund policy
To protect your shopping rights, we offer the following return service process. We have a 15-day return policy, if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 15 days of the ship date.
Return Request
If you wish to return an item, you can submit a return request within 15 days after your order has been shipped, provided the item meets our return conditions. To start the process, please email us at info@oranovapearl.com with your order number.
Return Shipping
Shipping arrangement: If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you by email and let you know where to send the package(usually within 1–2 business days). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You’ll be responsible for arranging the return shipment to our designated address.
Shipping costs: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have chosen to receive a voucher, details will also be sent directly via email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,please contact us info@oranovapearl.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a refund according to your preference, with no additional fees or deductions applied.
Quality issues include:
a. problems arising from product manufacturing or craftsmanship, such as structural damage to components like chains or clasps.
b. Material wear and damage to the gold-plated layer.
Note: natural pearls often have unique growth lines or minior blemishes--these are natural features,not flows.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items, custom orders, and items marked 'FINAL SALE' may not be exchanged or returned.
Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. If international packages are refused by the recipient, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
